If you LOVE creating and inspiring others and would love to apply for Paper Dragonfly's inaugural Creative Design Team and Guest DT please have a read of the CDT requirements below and then email your questionnaire answers to paperdragonflychallenges@yahoo.com!

Paper Dragonfly Creative Design Team

 

• CDT call is open to everyone with a passion for creating 
• Take pride in being reliable and fulfill commitments
  
• No prior design team experience is necessary but you must be willing to learn and follow instructions
  
• Commit to a minimum 6 month term
• Able to meet deadlines
• Prominently display the Paper Dragonfly CDT badge in your blog sidebar
  
• Make 1 project per month inspired by the challenge theme
  
• Create with digi stamps provided by the challenge sponsors
• There are no restrictions on your creativity
• Take good clear photos to best show off your projects
  
• Blog your project and advertise the challenge sponsors in your blog posts
• Your personal blog can be on any platform but you do need to have a Blogger account for submitting your CDT projects every month
  
• YouTubers without a blog are welcome to apply too and if you blog and vlog too that's a nice big bonus but not a requirement
  
• Share your projects on social media including sponsors social media sites
• Share your projects in Facebook craft groups to promote Paper Dragonfly Creative Challenges
  
• Enter your projects in challenges to promote Paper Dragonfly Creative Challenges
• Comment on challenge entries (via an allocated number system once we get 10+ entries...cross fingers!)
  
• Pick Top 3 winners

• All of the above requirements apply to Guest Designers too
• You can commit to make 1 or more projects if you wish throughout the year

By applying to join Paper Dragonfly Creative Challenges Design Team or Guest DT you agree to do your best work and fulfill your commitment to the best of your ability!  

If you don't receive confirmation that your application has been received within 2-3 days please resend!  Successful applicants will be notified prior to the official CDT announcement on the blog. 

The CDT call will remain open based on interest so if you don't make the team if/when the call closes please don't be discouraged and apply for the next term!

• Tell me a bit about your crafting experience, style and what kind of projects you love to make, etc
• Do you vlog instead of or in addition to blogging?  provide YouTube channel URL
• Are you currently on a design team and how many?
• Do you have prior DT experience, where did you serve in the past and for how long?
  
• List all your social media sites with links where you will promote Paper Dragonfly Creative Challenges

Welcome to Paper Dragonfly Creative Challenges!

Hello, my name is Cat, welcome to Paper Dragonfly Creative Challenges!  Paper Dragonfly is a new monthly challenge blog with a new challenge posted on the first Friday of every month starting on January 7, 2022 so fly on over and start the new year with us!  In the meanwhile here's the rules and also have a read of the next post announcing Paper Dragonfly's design team call, hope you'll consider joining the team!

Challenge Rules

• Monthly challenges start on the 1st Friday of each month.
• Challenges will have a theme or be Anything Flies.
• The project must be inspired in some way by the current challenge theme.
• Not every theme will be dragonfly related - but it will be fun to see them sneak in regardless.
• There are no rules as to what you may create - paper crafts, mixed media, use rubber or digis, sweet and cute, creepy cute, quirky, vintage, dark - whatever makes your creativity fly is welcome!
• You must follow the Paper Dragonfly blog and leave a comment on the challenge post when you enter to be eligible to play and win.
  
• You may enter up to five times per month.
• No limit on how many other challenges you can combine with Paper Dragonfly!
  
• Your link must be a direct link to your project post.
• Projects must be blogged or shared on or after the date of the challenge, older postings and projects are not eligible.
• You must mention and link to the current Paper Dragonfly challenge in your post to be eligible to play and win the prize. 
• Optional but appreciated - include the current challenge badge in your post.
  
• Optional but appreciated - display Paper Dragonfly's main blog badge in your sidebar to help promote Paper Dragonfly Creative Challenges.  That's the one at the top of my right sidebar.
  
• It is OK to use another online forum such as Flickr and Instagram if you do not have a blog.
  
• If you would like us to leave a comment, be sure you have comment verification turned off and/or that the site you’ve posted to does not require membership to comment etc.
• Paper Dragonfly respects copyright, please do not use images that have been copied without the manufacturer’s or designer’s consent. Any entries found to breach copyright will be deleted.
  

Winners and prizes  

• Until Paper Dragonfly Creative Challenges are established with 5+ players, not 5 entries by one player, the challenges will be "just for fun" and then we'll have sponsored prizes so tell your friends to come and play!
  
• The main Prize winner and Top 3 winners will win badges and be invited to guest DT for the next challenge.
• Sponsored Challenges - the main Prize winner will win the sponsored prize when offered.
